Forklift Operator - Repalletizer

Education/Prerequisite Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license

Equipment/Training Knowledge:

Forklift certification

Barcode scanner system

Pallet wrapper

Schedule: 1st shift - 6:00am-2:30pm, variable days, including weekends.

Work Specifications – Responsibilities:

· Responsible for food safety and quality

Transports product from warehouse racks to Repalletizing work area safely, timely, and accurately. Wraps and returns inspected product pallets to warehouse racks.

Responsible for scanning product from one location to another using a barcode scanner.

Maintain equipment (Forklift, wrappers, etc.)

Responsible for maintaining a clean work area.

Prioritize files according to QS/shipping for timely release of customer requests.

QC hold product quarantine including Class 1 holds.

Removes pallets from incubator, inserts pallets into incubator

Withstand occasional hot environment

Pulls retention pallets by request of management/QC Lab

Contribute to final inspection of sample pallets when workload allows.

Sort and inspect production holds when workload allows.

Assist production with transporting production pallets when workload allows.

Any special projects requested by management/customers.

All other duties as assigned

Pay Range: $20.10 - $21.10
