Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to assist our culinary team in preparing high-quality dishes for our restaurant. The ideal candidate will support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in various kitchen tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a line cook or junior chef

- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines

- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail

- Culinary degree or certification is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the Sous Chef

- Follow recipes and presentation specifications

- Uphold high standards of food quality and consistency

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service

- Help with inventory management and ordering supplies when needed
