Senior Manager, Payroll Integrations & Reporting Responsibilities
Manage relationships with third-party payroll vendors to ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll taxes and garnishments.
Oversee system integrations to maintain payroll accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with the Payroll Operations team to ensure accurate payroll reporting and compliance.
Develop capacity planning strategies for regular operations, projects, and year-end cycles.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for payroll performance.
Address escalated payroll inquiries and drive continuous process improvements.
Communicate system updates, compliance changes, and process improvements to stakeholders. Senior Manager, Payroll Integrations & Reporting Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
7+ years of payroll experience, including 3+ years managing enterprise-wide payroll teams.
Proficiency in payroll and time management systems (Oracle HCM, UKG, ADP Smart Compliance).
Strong understanding of payroll system integrations and regulatory compliance.
Must reside in the Houston area and be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred certifications: FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification), CPC (Certified Payroll Professional).
