Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program (NLNAC or CCNE accredited).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in an outpatient acute care or ambulatory care setting within the last 2 years.

Licensure: Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in any of the 50 U.S. states, DC, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
