About the Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic Exteriors Market Development Manager (MDM) with expertise in building envelopes, siding, and trim space. In this role, you’ll drive material conversion, win new customer relationships, and expand AZEK’s market presence. Engage architects, builders, contractors, and developers while building a strong pipeline of business opportunities.

Key Focus Areas:

Lead material conversion initiatives through spec work and on-site support

Build and manage a robust new business pipeline

Cultivate new relationships with architects, specifiers, and developers

Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and distribution partners

90-Day Success Measures:

Complete onboarding and product training; gain full understanding of AZEK systems, tools, and company policies

Map your territory — know key players, market dynamics, and competitive landscape

Meet and connect with architects, builders, installers, developers, and key distribution partners

Learn CRM and data tools (Salesforce, Tableau) and establish regular touchpoints with leadership and support teams

Build your initial market analysis and customer segmentation

Develop an actionable pipeline of material conversion opportunities

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 -$95,000. The pay for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set and level of experience. In addition to base salary, we offer generous bonus and incentive opportunities that significantly increase earning potential.
