NOW HIRING FOR MIDNIGHT SHIFT: 7PM - 7AM WITH ROTATING WEEKENDS

ORIENTATION / TRAINING WILL BE DONE ON THE DAY SHIFT 7AM-7PM (THE FIRST WEEK)

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Pine Creek Manor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with daily living activities, ensuring that each resident maintains their dignity and comfort. You will work closely with nursing staff to monitor the health and well-being of residents, reporting any changes in their condition promptly. This position requires compassion, patience, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those in your care. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.

Minimum Qualifications:

Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of PSV.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to lift and move patients safely and effectively. Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a long-term care facility.

Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.

CPR and First Aid certification. Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.

Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive atmosphere.

Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and ensure that residents' needs are met promptly.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Skills:

The required skills for this position include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, which are essential for building rapport with residents and their families. Attention to detail is crucial when monitoring vital signs and documenting changes in residents' health.
