We are seeking a talented Restaurant General Manager (GM) for our bustling Asian concept restaurant, located in Boston. Offering an attractive base salary starting at $85,000 per year, with a quarterly performance bonus plan to fuel your professional growth.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a GM in a full-service restaurant

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Proven track record of driving performance and delivering amazing results

Strong business acumen, creativity, and proactive problem-solving skills

Experience in food costs control and profitable management

Passionate about food and creating a positive environment for team and guests

Proficiency in ensuring compliance with food safety and health and safety procedures Job Responsibilities:

Managing investments, building sales, and exceeding budgets
