Demand Planner

How You Will Make an Impact:

Develop precise demand forecasts using statistical modeling and data analysis, serving as the primary liaison among sales managers, business unit leaders, and key stakeholders to synchronize demand with inventory strategies.

Maintain and update the forecasting database monthly to support a proactive 12-month rolling planning process.

Streamline communication across departments to ensure all relevant parties are updated on forecast changes, enhancing collaborative efforts.

Work closely with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to align inventory levels with fulfillment timelines across various locations.

Engage deeply in the annual sales planning and monthly S&OP forecast processes to gather necessary inputs and assess the effectiveness of current strategies.

Champion continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements in forecasting accuracy and inventory management. What You Need to Succeed:

Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in forecasting and inventory management, with a strong foundation in communication and stakeholder engagement.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with modern software packages and planning systems such as TM1.

A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering Technology, or a related field is required.

Experience in production or distribution environments, with a preference for candidates holding LEAN, APICs, or similar certifications.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to listen and convey information efficiently.

A strong collaborator who can build and sustain positive relationships across functions.
