Project Manager - Onsite

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the technical program management for mobile application development. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring projects align with business objectives while managing scope, timelines, and deliverables. The role requires strong coordination between development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to drive successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership on project status and updates

Lead project planning, backlog refinement, and execution

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements

Present strategies and roadmaps to business and IT leaders

Manage risks, conflicts, and dependencies across multiple projects

Coordinate and optimize efforts of cross-functional teams for seamless execution

Provide problem-solving leadership and ensure timely project delivery

Work closely with technical teams and architects to translate roadmaps into actionable initiatives

Manage budgets and vendor relationships, including work orders and evaluations

Ensure adherence to Agile and Scrum methodologies for project execution

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

3-4 years of experience in technical program management

1-2 years of experience in mobile app development

Hands-on experience with software delivery and Agile methodologies

Strong understanding of Scrum, backlog creation, and refinement

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
