We are seeking a highly skilled DSP Communications Engineer to join our dynamic team in Denver. This role demands expertise in developing innovative engineering solutions for wireless communication systems, with a focus on real-time Software Defined Radio (SDR) and protocol processing systems. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous environment, contributing to cutting-edge research and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement engineering solutions to collect, process, and exploit RF signals.

Develop and refine digital communication systems, including detection, estimation, and demodulation techniques.

Create modeling techniques, proofs-of-concept, and prototype solutions, evolving them into operational systems.

Engage in software development using C/C++ and Python, with an emphasis on signal processing.

Collaborate within the Intelligence and Defense communities to develop systems solutions.

Utilize code management tools such as Git for version control. Required Qualifications:

A TS/SCI Clearance.

Bachelor's degree or higher (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Proven experience in the development of RF signal processing solutions.

Strong knowledge of digital communications and related algorithms.

Proficiency in C/C++ and Python for systems development.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Software Defined Radio (SDR) technologies.

Familiarity with XMIDAS and geolocation theory and techniques.

Experience working in complex RF environments and with wireless air interface protocols.

Knowledge of multi-threaded signal processing algorithms on Linux hosts.

Comfortable working in distributed team environments. Benefits:
