Our MVP Administrator in Finance plays a vital role in supporting a team that oversees preventative maintenance services for our most valued clients.

What Will I Do?
As a team member in the Finance department, the MVP Administrator will review and administrate service agreements for our MVP Clients. The MVP Administrator will be efficient in processing necessary documents to ensure timely input of new agreements. Responsibilities include:
Review new agreements on a daily basis to ensure that they are entered correctly by field staff and CEC teammates
Facilitate Service Titan billing on the 5th, 10th, etc. (every 5 days)
Continuously seek ways to identify, analyze and improve existing business processes
Manually renew all "auto" renewals that are longer than one year
Terminate agreements
Consistent communication with management regarding items that may arise in connection with our clients and the MVP membership
Mailing of statements to MVP clients as required
Coordinate proactively with Champions University Manager to train students on proper MVP processes and policies
Process credit card charges accurately and timely as necessary
Process refunds and chargebacks accurately and timely
Research past due balances on the Aging Report
Process monthly MVP commissions and deliver to payroll on the 15th of each month
Occasional back up for and support for Account Receivable clerical functions
Light receptionist duties
Clerical duties as assigned Qualifications

Accurate data entry
Continuous knowledge improvement of ERP software (ServiceTitan / Intacct)
Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks.
Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of the business.
Be able to work both independently and in a team setting.
Reliable and punctual attendance.
Strong time-management skills - able to manage many tasks with short deadlines.
Excellent communication & rapport-building skills - working with clients, field team, general managers, Install team, and finance team.
Intermediate computer skills.
Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language.
