Contributions
Be responsible and accountable for all the operational delivery across the sector
Provide operational support, leadership, and guidance in the current and future operations of the sector
Lead a growing team of program, project, and technical leaders in providing best in class IT services
Identify and hire the absolute best leadership we can find for our client delivery teams
Support, train, and mentor program and project managers for success in the performance of their work
Qualifications
Required:
An entrepreneurial desire to build a business
An informed opinion on what leadership is (and is not)
A leadership philosophy/methodology
Experience collaborating with sales, business development, recruiting, contracts, and finance in the pursuit of new contracts/proposals
Experience collaborating with program managers, project managers, and clients to improve the delivery of services and create “client delight”
Experience in training and mentorship of project and program managers in the performance of their duties
Experience being responsible and accountable for the P&L of your area of responsibility
10+ years of Program and/or Operations Director/VP experience leading federal IT services work across multiple agencies/components
Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security Clearance
Preferred:
PMP, Scrum Master certification preferred
Federal Clearance Preferred

Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $200,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
