Required Skills: - 6+ years of experience in Workday Core HCM testing.
- Good understanding of integrations, EIBs, and business process configurations.
- Exposure to Payroll and Compensation modules testing.
- Strong experience in test execution, defect lifecycle management, and validation techniques.
- Proficiency with tools like Azure DevOps, Smart Sheet, or similar.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent.
- Workday certifications in HCM, Integrations, or Compensation (nice to have). - Experience in a global delivery model and working in Agile environments.
