Operational Processes & Standard Operating Procedures: Adherence to best practices and defined SOPs for seamless operations.

IPL (Initial Program Load) Expertise: Strong understanding of IPL procedures.

Mainframe System Monitoring & Health Checks Utilize Omegamon for real-time system performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

Conduct proactive system health checks and take preventive actions.

Job Scheduling & Workflow Management Modify and manage job schedules using IWS Scheduling Tool and Jobtrac.

Ensure efficient workload automation and job execution.

Incident Management & Disaster Recovery Support Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and execution to ensure system resilience.

Engage with hardware vendors for system maintenance and troubleshooting.

Operational Excellence & Compliance Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Mainframe Operations Best Practices.

Ensure timely resolution of production issues and minimize downtime.

IPL (Initial Program Load) Support Manage IPL processes for IBM mainframe systems and provide necessary operational support.

Collaboration & Vendor Engagement Work closely with cross-functional teams, offshore/onshore teams, and hardware vendors.
