Payments Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Process Development: Design and implement a centralized RFP process, including standardized templates, workflows, and best practices to streamline RFP responses.
RFP Coordination: Manage multiple RFP requests simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the point of contact for the Sales team and partner with subject matter experts to gather information for the final deliverable.
Content Management: Build a repository of approved RFP responses and establish a review schedule to ensure all documented RFP responses remain accurate.
Reporting: Create, present, and maintain RFP reporting metrics such as win rate, turnaround time, etc.
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and enhance the RFP process through incorporating feedback, leveraging automation tools, etc.

Qualifications: Experience: 5-7 years of experience managing RFP processes.
Industry experience: Strongly prefer financial industry experience.
This is in the payment Platform space for our financial services client.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 7 years of relevant experience At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Payment Operations experience.
At least 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning experience.
At least 5 years of experience in U.S.
Payments (ACH, Card, Wire, Check, and Real-Time Payments) business experience.
At least 5 years of experience in Managing or working with Matrix teams.
At least 3 years of experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Payments/Treasury Management experience.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance procedures related to RFPs.
