Position Overview: We're seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team and fuel our growth.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying and qualifying high-potential leads, utilizing tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn.
In addition, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, including collections assistance.

Research facilities that generate high lead scores and have high estimated monthly recurring revenue to ensure the leads’ quality.
Update existing leads in the CRM system that has missing or inaccurate information.
Measure and generate a lead score for new and existing leads for how closely they fit the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure the accuracy of lead information, correcting any misinformation.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including collections assistance.
Qualifications: 2 years of direct sales and/or business development experience.
Experience with prospecting and qualifying leads.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce.
Strong communication skills (spoke and written). Analytical ability to gather and summarize data for targeted lead generation.
Creativity and ability to develop out-of-the-box solutions to drive unique, customer-centric solutions.
