This is a hands-on, high-visibility role working alongside process engineers on new project launches for major healthcare clients.

Role Highlights: Set up and validate new molds and processes (IQ, OQ, PQ) Troubleshoot and optimize injection molding processes Support continuous improvement alongside engineers and tooling teams Must have experience in medical-grade plastic injection molding (5+ years) Ideal Candidate Has: 5+ years as a Process Technician in a regulated, high-volume plastics environment Experience with mold validations, developing work instructions, and process documentation Familiarity with RJG/Kistler instrumentation and IMM robot programming preferred Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on shift Location: Richfield, WI This is a direct-hire, permanent role with hourly pay in the $25–$36/hour range, depending on experience.
