This onsite contract role in Bellevue, WA will be part of a dynamic team responsible for coordinating the review and delivery of supplier submittals and documentation.
You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, project managers, and suppliers to help ensure timely delivery of critical equipment for experimental operations.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the technical review and routing of supplier deliverables and documentation, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Assist engineers in preparing and submitting formal submittals, statements of work, and supporting documentation through document control processes.
Review supplier documents for compliance with submittal management protocols.
Maintain and update project tracking systems, including Atlassian Confluence pages and Jira databases.
Support various administrative tasks related to project coordination and document control.
Qualifications and Skills: Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing coordination or administrative role.
Familiarity with product data management (PDM) software suites.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document review.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and resolve documentation issues.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and help train or guide others.
Experience with Atlassian Confluence and Jira is preferred.
Familiarity with ASME NQA-1 standards is a plus.
