Commercial Truck Technician

Candidates for this position must have the skills, training, and certifications necessary to be a fully functioning truck mechanic. Truck Mechanics will operate both in the shop and using mobile repair trucks Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. As a SHrader Tire and Oil Truck Technician you will service Light duty to class 8 commerical vehicles. The Truck Tech performs routine reparis such as brakes, alignment, suspension, tires, AC and some light electrical work.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain STO's standard of professionalism and customer service.

Determine truck/trailer condition by inspection, diagnostic testing, and identifying worn, damaged parts.

Perform preventive maintenance and repair work as necessary and keep up with vehicle inspection reports and maintenance records.

Ensure compliance with Federal and state vehicle repair requirements.

Consistently maintain 70% Efficiency rating in mechanics to hit bonus

Other duties may be assigned as needed.
