Lead IOS Developer - W2 Only

Hello All ! Job Title: iOS Lead Location: Plano, TX OR San Antonio, TX Type: Long-Term Contract Work Mode: 100% Onsite Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and proactive iOS Lead Developer to spearhead the development and maintenance of enterprise-grade iOS applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Swift, leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering robust and scalable mobile solutions.

Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of iOS applications.

Mentor and guide a team of iOS developers to deliver high-quality code.

Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, QA, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for speed and efficiency.

Stay current with the latest iOS trends, technologies, and tools.

Manage deployments to the Apple App Store and ensure compliance with Apple's guidelines.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.

Required Skills: 8+ years of iOS development experience.

2+ years in a technical or team lead capacity.

Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.

Deep understanding of iOS frameworks like UIKit, CoreData, Combine, Core Animation, etc.

Solid experience with MVVM/MVC or other design patterns.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

Proficient with tools like Xcode, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit/UI tests.
