Assembly Worker (Floater) for Flooring Mill in West Plains, MO

Location: West Plains, MO

Schedule: 3rd shift, Sunday to Thursday, 9:00pm to 5:30am (Overtime as needed)

Job Summary:

Seeking an Assembly Worker (Floater) to fill various manufacturing positions at a flooring mill. Responsibilities will vary daily based on production needs.

Qualifications:

Successful completion of background check, employment verification, and drug screening

Positive and verifiable work history

Physical Demands:

Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50lbs

Engage in activities such as walking, standing, bending, twisting, and repetitive movements

Effective communication in English

Comfort working in a non-temperature-controlled environment

Mental Demands:

Analytical thinking and decision-making skills

Problem-solving abilities with a focus on teamwork

Regular and punctual attendance

Attention to detail and effective communication

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency

Description of Duties:

Will fill a variety of manufacturing positions in flooring mill and/or finish line. Duties may change daily according to production requirements.

Must pass drug and background screening

Must be able to work scheduled shift and overtime as needed for production

Skills Required:

Employee is required to stand and reach with hands and arms. Frequently required to walk. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel crouch, or crawl. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
