Quality System Group Lead

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Quality System Group Lead to join their team. As a Quality System Group Lead, you will be part of the Quality organization supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a customer-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality System Group Lead

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay Range: $92,000–$110,000 annually

What's the Job?

Promote and manage the quality management system.

Coordinate and conduct internal QMS audits and track actions.

Participate in Management Review Meetings and PQR reporting.

Support compliance with CDQ/TT-VAN and control of documents.

Lead and motivate teams in quality improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

Technical degree in science or a related field, preferably a bachelor’s degree in engineering.

A minimum of five years of experience within a production environment.

Certification as a Quality Auditor (e.g., ASQ CQA, RAB Lead Assessor).

Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Bosch Quality Tools.

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
