Solutions Architect - Node.js

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Node.js and backend architecture to join our growing technology team.

You will design, develop, and guide the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to define solution architecture for web-based and cloud-native applications.

Design scalable and maintainable backend services primarily using Node.js, RESTful APIs, and microservices.

Lead technical discussions, perform architectural reviews, and ensure best practices are followed in coding, design, and deployment.

Work closely with DevOps to define CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure requirements.

Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality software solutions.

Mentor and guide developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and design principles.

Translate business requirements into system design specifications and documentation.

Requirements: 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a solutions architect or lead developer role.

Strong proficiency in Node.js, including asynchronous programming, module system, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Deep understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and API Gateway concepts.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including services like Lambda, API Gateway, and container orchestration.

Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis), and message brokers (e.g., Kafka or RabbitMQ). Background in front-end technologies such as React or Angular is a plus.

Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes is a plus). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS Solutions Architect, etc.) are a strong advantage.
