Safety Manager

About the Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to oversee and implement workplace safety procedures across multiple job sites.

In this role, you will lead safety training programs, conduct site inspections, ensure OSHA compliance, and work closely with operations teams to cultivate a strong safety-first culture.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations (including OSHA). Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.

Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare detailed reports with preventative recommendations.

Lead safety meetings, training sessions, and toolbox talks with field crews and supervisors.

Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.

Serve as the primary contact for all safety-related matters.

Collaborate with project managers and field leadership to enforce jobsite safety practices.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Safety Manager or Safety Officer (3+ years preferred). Knowledge of construction, industrial, or skilled trades safety regulations.

OSHA 30 certification required (OSHA 500/510 preferred). Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to travel to multiple sites as needed.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
