You will be helping clients find their perfect homes while learning the ropes from some of the best in the business! With full training, day-to-day support, and the buzz of one of London’s most prestigious lettings offices, this is your chance to build a career that is rewarding, fast-paced and dynamic.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Wapping, you will receive:

£25000 OTE per year

Uncapped commission

Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required*)

Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

Purpose-built training location

Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions

Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts

Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*

Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*

How you will make an impact as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Wapping:

Market properties to potential tenants

Arrange and conduct property viewings

Negotiate offers

Agree new tenancies

Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants

Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
