Help Desk Manager

HOW A HELP DESK MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

● Supervises help desk operations at the shift or small help desk level. Supervises non-exempt support staff.

● Ensure the help desk staff uses the required tools and software to identify, document, track and resolve reported problems.

● Trains, coaches, and mentor’s employees on how to deliver the best customer service and achieve the team Service Level Agreements.

● Maintains and enhances customer services by organizing and evaluating service and delivery systems, and procedures.

● Works with other department supervisors to promote a high morale environment and assist other functions of the service desk as needed.

● Supervises staff in recognizing, identifying, isolating, and resolving problems with information systems products and services

● Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science

● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience

● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly

● Required Skills and Abilities: Must be able to multi-task. A team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Must possess good communication and customer service skills

● Location: On Customer Site

● US Citizenship Required

The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
