Coverage Need

- Assignment Dates: As soon as credentialed - Ongoing

- Location: Boise, ID

- Schedule: 5x8s, 4x10s, or 12-hour shifts available

- Weekend Call: 24-hour call on Saturday or Sunday

- Weeknight Call: At least once per week

- Trauma Cases: Mostly

- Admissions Required: No

- EMR: EPIC

Position Details

- CRNAs perform spinal blocks only (no regional anesthesia)

- 17 Main ORs, 7 DSC, plus cath labs, endoscopy, radiology

- Patient demographics: Adolescents, adults, and geriatrics (90%+ over age 12)

- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days

Submission Requirements

- Active Idaho License (highly preferred)

- NBCRNA certification required

- Idaho DEA and CSR required

- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required

- Verbal confirmation of COVID-19 vaccine at name clear

- Earliest start date required at time of presentation

- Provider must be proficient in OB care, regional anesthesia, and independent practice

Skill Requirements

- CRNA must be able to perform their own pre-ops and work independently (not in a supervised practice model)
