Job Description: The Market Vice President will drive to lead and develop a sales team of Business Technology Advisors (New Business Development) to demonstrate customer-minded and consultative selling competencies.

They will coach the team to leverage business, account planning, pipeline, and opportunity management to achieve objectives.

The Market VP will have a strong focus on performance improvement through continuous coaching and will be responsible for driving Managed Sales results through new business development and expanding services across the customer base.

What You’ll Do: Provide professional leadership that drives sales teams to execute company capabilities, standards, and actions.

Identify where improvements can be made and develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.

Recruit, train, and retain professional sales managers that lead the sales teams and maintain sales operations.

Outline and manage sales budgets in conjunction with building business plans that are measurable and lead to achievement of goals and objectives of the company.

Set quarterly and annual sales goals along with outlining recovery plans that are executable as necessary.

Provide detailed sales forecasting.

Motivate the sales teams to achieve their goals.

Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction.

Recruit and hire sales staff and aid in developing them.

Coach and develop talent.

Meet or exceed area goals and objectives set by the company.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.

8+ years of experience selling similar products and services.

5+ years of sales management experience.

Consultative sales experience.

Strong understanding of total business including other office solutions.

Experience with ConnectWise, Salesforce, BrightGauge, Demo.
