Job Description

TEKsystems is seeking an IT Project Manager to work in the Life Sciences space managing multiple projects and can sit 100% Remote.

Duration: 8-month contract with potential to convert FTE

Work Environment: 100% Remote

Job Responsibilities:

This company is in the Family Planning/Fertility space and provides IVF, Sperm bank, Egg Bank and Cord Blood services. The project that this PM will be on is a refresh of spermbank.com.

As a Project Manager, you will help define and deliver the product roadmap within the Reproductive line of business in an agile and data-driven environment relentlessly focused on driving superior business outcomes for our customers and sales teams.

As part of your responsibilities, you will lead collaboratively and cross-functionally while working directly with developers, business stakeholders, and product teams to guide processes, integrations, and technologies to fruition. You will build/enhance successful capabilities that deliver a differentiated customer experience and meet the demands of today’s market while driving business results.

The ideal person for this role will possess strong project management skills and have a passion to innovate and roll up their sleeves up to look at matters from a consultative approach and bring forward industry leading processes, technologies, capabilities, integrations, products, customer experience, and sales opportunities.

To ensure success as a Senior Project Manager, you should exhibit strong leadership skills and extensive experience in technical program management in a related industry. Top-notch technical project managers combine their business knowledge with technological expertise to promote product innovation. This role will require high judgement on how we can deliver for customers in both the short- and long-term.

Top Skills Details

· 5+ years IT such as BA, Dev, PM, etc

· 3+ years project management experience

· SDLC experience including front end (web, UX, Google Analytics) and back-end projects

· Go getter who can be work towards a perm role

· Confident managing holders- knows when to push and how to get things done

· Agile experience and Certified as an Agile PM preferred
