1st Shift Machine Operator

Hours: Mon-Thurs, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (OT on Fridays)

Pay: $16/hr

Interview: In-person

Education: HS Diploma/GED preferred

Drug Test & Safety Shoes Required

Requirements:

1-3 years machine operator experience

Basic computer skills

Ability to follow instructions and procedures

Able to read, write, and perform basic math in English

Familiar with measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)

Can perform changeovers, set-ups, and inspections

Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and work overtime if needed

Safety-sensitive position

Job Duties:

Operate machines (e.g., CNC Grinders, Molding, Laser Welders)

Follow safety rules and quality procedures

Maintain records and production logs

Keep work area clean and organized

Communicate with team and supervisors

Complete all required training

Work Environment:

PPE required (lab coat, gloves, safety shoes, etc.)

No makeup, jewelry, or certain clothing allowed

Standing for extended periods

Cleanroom environment

Training provided upon hire
