MECM, Intune, & SCCM Expertise: Maintain a robust MECM and SCCM environment by managing infrastructure health, site configuration, and client deployment.

Leverage MECM, SCCM, Intune, and PowerShell to automate software deployments, compliance settings, and reporting, ensuring efficient and secure endpoint operations.

Utilize Intune for modern endpoint management, streamlining device configuration, app management, and policy enforcement across diverse environments.

Patch Management Excellence: Develop and execute a comprehensive patching process, including testing, deployment, and compliance monitoring, to ensure all devices are up-to-date and secure.

Swiftly handle emergency patch deployments to mitigate vulnerabilities effectively.

Active Directory Optimization: Conduct thorough AD audits and cleanup, enforcing standardized naming conventions, OU structures, and object lifecycle practices to enhance workstation management and endpoint security.

Workstation Management Modernization: Streamline imaging, provisioning, and update processes, improving endpoint performance and user experience through optimized workstation management practices and application baselines.

Policy Development & Compliance: Create and maintain endpoint management policies, SOPs, and documentation aligned with IT governance and compliance standards.

Ensure secure and standardized software packaging, endpoint hardening, and asset lifecycle management.
