Essential Job Functions

Support Business Change Management of major Manufacturing Execution System deployments across client sites through:

Data collection

Business Process Mapping

Gathering Business Process Rule requirements

Authoring Change Controls

Executing Change Actions

SOP/Document review and development

On-The-Floor production and activity support

Gemba walks

Communications and Engagement activities

Creating and deploying surveys

Gathering feedback

Supporting After Action Reviews

Communicate clearly and definitively, building a sense of confidence.

Collaborate across multiple departments and business functions.

Work as part of a project team to support delivery of project milestones and outcomes according to project schedules.

Interpret and transform procedures, work instructions, and forms into visual representations of business processes through process maps and value streams.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

1 to 3 years of job-level experience.

Preferred

Bachelors degree in an Engineering field (Mechanical, Chemical, BioMedical).

Direct experience in an FDA regulated manufacturing environment.

Prior experience with MES deployments and integrations.

Proven success leading business changes affecting more than one business unit or department.
