Genesys Engineer/IVR architect

Role- Genesys Engineer/Voice Engineer/ IVR Architect Location – Austin, TX/Hybrid onsite Client – Apple Inc We are looking to add a resource for the Genesys Routing team.

This person should have had routing experience in the past.

Our preference would be to have this resource available in Austin Responsibilities include: - Act as the technical lead for the CCTech routing team - Work with the Apple business teams and routing team to arrive at appropriate designs to meet project objectives - Work in a very dynamic environment, collaborating with various teams to meet project goals Skills needed: - Expertise in Genesys ORS application development - Expertise in Genesys IRD application development - Expertise in Genesys framework and exposure on genesys reporting - Expertise in Cloud CX - Experience in developing javascript code - Good communication skills - Good analytical skills and ability to research and present findings - Ability to multi-task - Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills - Pro-active and able to work on own initiative Skill Sets Niche Skill Experience Preference Telephony Applications Routing Genesys Genesys Core and Voice JavaScript
