Architect.

Develop architectural and construction drawings, under direct Project Manager/Architect supervision, produce 3D models of buildings for construction drawings and presentations; coordinate drawings with consultants, contractors and team members; collaborate with design team to develop design concepts, construction documents, and construction administration.

Min Req.: Master’s in architecture.

Must have working knowledge of building materials used in multifamily buildings including but not limited to assemblies, weatherproofing, detailing, building codes, site planning, civil, structural, mechanical, and acoustical engineering.

Must have an intermediate level knowledge of how to put together quality renderings and project visualizations.

Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, Adobe Creative Suite.
