We are seeking experienced Electrical Panel Builders to join our team. This is a permanent position with opportunities for growth and development.

Hours: 7AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

Build electrical panels by mounting components and wiring.

Solder wires to components and attach connectors.

Solder components to circuit boards.

Drill panels for mounting screws to secure components.

Handle small parts and fine wires with manual dexterity.

Use hand tools and machinery as needed.

Perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, and gathering parts.

Qualifications:

Some experience in electrical panel building is highly desirable.

Familiarity with transformers, relays, resistors, and their functions.

Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.

Manual dexterity to handle small parts and fine wires.

Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Ability to work independently and think critically.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift generally less than 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Mostly a sit-down position with some standing and walking.

Additional Information:

No previous experience necessary, but helpful.

Training will be provided for all new employees.

We expect employees to make every effort to work a 40-hour week.
