CNC Programmer

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Program Parts for CNC Mills, CNC Lathes using Mastercam 2021 and CAMWorks Experience horizontal programming and 5 axis programming are highly desirable.

Read and understand blueprints and G.D&T.

(ASME Y14.5-2009 standard) Able to give written and verbal instructions to the machinist Oversee complex set-ups with the machinist Communicate and participate in team meetings as needed.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform manual and CNC mill machining, CNC Lathe, and manual lathe work as needed Manage jobs, personnel with ultimate responsibility on job performance, scheduling, and delivery Prepare CNC program to make complex parts using multi-axis machine Create and compile necessary documents to aid set up CNC machine Verify manufacturing processes FAI, SPC, design tool fixture as required, proficient with GD&T Participate in the build of complex prototypes, fixtures, and assemblies Repair, construct, replace and move material and machinery as needed Clean and inspect work site and properly store tools Integrate work with Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing and scheduling department to ensure smooth flow of quality products Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour Experience: MasterCAM: 3 years (Preferred) Horizontal Programming: 1 year (Preferred)
