Responsibilities: Influence product decisions through UX best practices, research insights, and agile methodologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product owners Present compelling design solutions and updates to stakeholders Drive UX deliverables such as conceptual diagrams, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes Conduct user research using a variety of methods (heuristic reviews, interviews, usability testing) Create and implement design strategies that align with both user needs and business goals Contribute to or lead DesignOps efforts to scale UX across the enterprise Support accessible, responsive, and adaptive design approaches Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or a similar role Proven experience designing in agile environments and collaborating closely with development teams Familiarity with research and testing tools and platforms Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe CC, and prototyping platforms Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods Exposure to emerging technologies like Generative AI and Spatial Computing Ability to design for responsiveness, accessibility, and inclusivity Experience designing mobile applications for iOS and Android Deep knowledge of accessibility (WCAG 2.0+ AA), localization, and inclusive design
