Salary: $54,080-$72,800

Comprehensive Behavioral Health Clinic, a company of Porch Light Health is looking for a Network/Helpdesk Support Administrator to fill a unique role within our Information Technology Department.

Information Technology Services performs a critical role in supporting and managing the organization's computers systems, equipment and providing support services. This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of the IT systems and services. Additionally, the role includes responsibility for ensuring the security and integrity of computer operations and systems development. The ideal candidate is located in the Fort Collins or Denver (Lakewood Comprehensive Behavioral Health Center, a company of Porch Light Health) locations.

Responsibilities:

Excellent customer service skills and dispute resolution skills

Time management and organizational skills

Analyzing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and resolving a wide array of technology issues

Respond to and resolve technology issues with the appropriate priority and in appropriate responsiveness including, but not limited to, phone, computer, tablet, computer servers, network switches, network firewalls, computer wiring.

Identify and suggest possible improvements to procedures, processes, or work environments.

Provide follow up services to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

Document all work, support tickets, and client communication.

Lead/assist end users in understanding of technology and how to use it effectively.

In person/end user facing interactions to analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware or other problems that cannot be resolved remotely.

Perform PC configuration.

Ability to communicate with people with various levels of medical knowledge in both written and verbal forms

Hardware and software inventory management

BONUS: Previous Meraki Support experience

Experience with SF to help launch and manage system technically

Experience with Lab Daq and integration with other systems.

Experience with virtual service delivery -- Doxy, MOD, Bright Heart.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, Bachelors in Information Systems (preferred)

CompTIA certification (preferred)

Experience with Google Workspace

Experience with VDI

BONUS: Google or Salesforce Certifications

BONUS: Meraki experience

This position's pay range is: $54,080 to $72,800 per year, depending on location, education, skill, experience and internal equity.

Incentive bonuses, merit increases, market adjustments, recognition bonuses and other forms of discretionary compensation may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
