Principal Systems Analyst

We have an immediate opening for a Principal Systems Analyst who will support Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Programs in Dayton, OH or Huntsville, AL. This will be a high visibility position for Capstone Corporation with a significant opportunity for growth. Relocation considered.

Key Responsibilities

Develop advanced command, control, communications and battle management (C3BM) for insertion into service programs of record

Participate in development and execution of systems engineering plans for the effort to include development of architectures, requirements, interface specifications, and associated trade studies and analysis

Support requirements capture for associated doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership, personnel, facilities and policy (DOTMLFP-P) requirements in support of service acquisition strategy and organize, train, and equip (OT&E) considerations

Support the development of integrated test and verification plans for the effort and oversee their execution

Collaborate with stakeholders across DoD agencies, industry, and technical teams to address system integration challenges and resolve capability gaps

Provide periodic program reviews and technical presentations to high-ranking Government stakeholders

Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex system of systems integration efforts from initial concept definition through integration and test, incorporating complex threat scenarios

Experience with in-depth knowledge of C3BM and IAMD operations concepts and technologies and their supporting sensors and networks

Experience with various sensor/information fusion technologies and approaches

Good problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to travel 20-25% of the time to various destinations

Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance

BS with 20+ years of technical experience

Must be US Citizen

Additional Desired Experience:

Experience with IAMD composite tracking networks such as IBCS and/or CEC

Experience with C3BM and IAMD operational warfighting concepts and execution

Experience running complex system of systems programs/projects across their lifecycle from concept definition through fielding and sustainment

Ability to grow technical efforts and take on task leadership for the Company
