Controller (Manufacturing Industry)

Controller will be responsible for all regulatory accounting, reporting, budgets, forecasting, and account analysis.

This individual will interface with external regulatory parties as well as internal control groups such as auditing.

This will include: revenue tracking, accounting policies, focus reports, reconciliation, monthly closes, and internal audits.

The ideal candidate will complete general ledger accountability, including international consolidations, manage all general ledger, general accounting, cost accounting, and tax functions.

This candidate will help assess the existing accounting organization, structure and staff and will help lead the function based on the organization’s needs.

This individual will supervise all Accounts receivable and Accounts Payable Functions.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.

Advance degree preferred.

A minimum of 5 years accounting and a minimum of 3 years management/supervisory experience.

Strong Excel, Word, and experience with payroll processing software, report development, and automated accounting packages required.
