Box Girder Manufacturing Engineer Objective We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will create precise construction documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams across both residential and commercial sectors.

Responsibilities Perform complex mathematical and geometric calculations to support engineering projects Develop comprehensive CAD crane schematics for client approval and production purposes Innovate and implement automation solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency Specialize in box girder design and production techniques Drive continuous process improvements and interpret technical documentation to optimize manufacturing systems Conduct field assessments, prepare detailed documentation, and research engineering data as needed Analyze and enhance manufacturing procedures to ensure operational excellence Fulfill mechanical engineering design requirements for various projects Apply industry codes and engineering standards throughout project execution Develop and track project timelines to ensure on-time delivery Maintain meticulous organizational systems for project documentation Identify and implement quality and efficiency enhancements Continually expand technical expertise and professional knowledge of products Devise practical solutions for moderately complex engineering challenges Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical or related field preferred) Required: Extensive experience with box girder design and manufacturing processes Proficiency in CAD software and engineering documentation systems Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities Ability to pass pre-employment screening including drug test and background check Valid driver's license required Reference: Position #282-Eng Pgh #M1 Ref: #282-Eng Pgh
