SQL Server Developer

Job Details: Title: SQL Server Developer Location: Onsite in St.

Peters, MO Duration: FTE Salary: $90,000 - 110,000 Position Summary: Mission: Improve database architecture and provide guidance to junior engineers on best practices.

Day to Day: Start by understanding existing databases and how they support various applications Design new databases, enhance existing ones, write SQL queries and Transact-SQL (T-SQL) stored procedures Troubleshoot issues when tickets come in, find/document/implement elegant solutions This role is not a SQL admin role, they will be developing in SQL Work closely with Software Engineers and Data Scientists to improve data flow from start to finish Bring in and maintain a highly positive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and excel Must Have: 4+ years experience with MS SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, etc.) 4+ years of writing SQL code Hands-on experience with SSIS for building and managing ETL workflows Understanding of data warehousing and relational database design principles Ability to troubleshoot and optimize database and SSIS performance Strong analytical and communication skill Nice to Have: Python C# Data Pipelines Business Intelligence (BI) Tools
