Electrical Engineer (Wiring Harness)

Position: Electrical Engineer (Wiring Harness) Location: Menasha, WI (Onsite) Hiring type: Permanent Hire / Full-time Hire / Contract (W2) / Contract to Hire / Corp-to-Corp Roles and Responsibilities: Tools: Must be experienced with tool such as Catia V5.

Skills: AutoCAD & Catia-V5, Capitol Harness Logic/XC &/or Mentor graphics required Hands on Experience in Electrical harness modeling in CATIA V5 - Electrical harness Routing (EHI) and Electrical Fitting installation Analyze and create Electrical designs in 3D models using Schematic drawings Passenger Aircraft electrical system design experience.

Wire Bundle calculation Knowledge about selection of components, connectors, wire sizes & Conduits Design considerations for type of protections required while routing wire harnesses.

Able to define: Branching, bend radius, colors requirement per industry standards.

Hands on experience in designing of supporting brackets for the installation of wire harnesses using Sheetmetal/ part module in Catia - V5 Experienced in applying GD&T and perform Tol.

Stack up Maintains Aerospace Industry related and applicable documents.
