Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 base + Uncapped Commission + Bonus Opportunities

*** 1st Year OTE: $100K+ 2nd Year OTE: $150K+ 3rd Year OTE: $200K+ ***

You’ll hit the ground running with outbound lead generation – making 50 to 100 daily touchpoints – and transition into closing your own deals within six months. Backed by a wide network of energy suppliers, you’ll help businesses in deregulated markets secure better rates for electricity and natural gas.

Inside Sales / Business Development Representative (2+ yrs B2B inside sales exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Drive outbound prospecting with 50–100 calls/emails per day

• Qualify leads and uncover client energy needs (usage, spend, goals, current contracts)

• Present and close custom energy solutions with competitive supplier pricing

• Negotiate terms and coordinate with utilities and suppliers for smooth onboarding

• Manage client relationships and track energy usage, contract compliance, and satisfaction

• Maintain CRM activity and sales pipeline updates

• Build strong relationships with supplier representatives

• Stay current on energy trends and market shifts

Inside Sales / Business Development Representative (High Earning Potential, No Travel) Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience required

• Cold calling and/or outbound lead generation experience required

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
