FSQA Technician/ QA Technician

Job Title: QA Technician Location: Malvern, Pa Hours/Schedule: 2nd Shift M-f 2pm-10:30pm Type: Direct Hire Pay: $22-$24/hour Responsibilities: Monitor facility and personnel daily to ensure food safety and GMP compliance; perform GMP audits.

Train staff on GMPs, risk controls, hazard analysis, and food safety programs.

Collect, analyze, and document product samples; report out-of-spec results to QA Supervisor.

Maintain records of analytical data and report trends to QA Supervisor.

Inspect incoming raw materials; support investigations of non-conformance and complaints.

Lead facility self-audits and assist in regulatory, customer, and third-party audits.

Ensure product complies with HACCP/HARPC programs.

Alert QA Management of any food safety issues.

Implement and manage food safety corrective actions.

Promote continuous improvement and quality service.

Meet deadlines with accuracy and prioritize tasks effectively.

Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required 2–3 years manufacturing experience preferred Experience with admin tasks and QA in food manufacturing preferred Knowledge of FDA regulations and GMPs Basic Excel and computer skills required Strong problem-solving, organization, and multitasking abilities Effective communication and teamwork skills Comfortable with basic math Able to work in a fast-paced environment Ref: #558-Scientific
