Join Our Outpatient Radiology Team in Vernal, UT

We are seeking a dedicated Physician specializing in Radiology for a locum tenens opportunity at a reputable medical facility in Vernal, Utah. This facility emphasizes patient care and offers a supportive environment for healthcare professionals. With clinical hours from Monday to Wednesday, you will provide essential radiology coverage while enjoying the charm of this picturesque city. Coverage is needed through June, making it an excellent opportunity for both seasoned professionals and those looking to expand their experience. Job Responsibilities:

Provide on-site radiology services from 8 AM to 5 PM on scheduled days.

Perform general radiology consultations and evaluations.

Supplement the site's Nighthawk service for call coverage.

Respond to calls within the required time frame of 20 minutes.

Handle an average of 1-2 patients and 4-5 phone consults daily. Qualifications:

Board certification in Radiology is required.

Fellowship training is preferred but not mandatory.

Hospital privileges are required; temporary privileges are available.

Experience in an outpatient practice setting is highly beneficial. License & Certification Requirements:

Active physician license in the state of practice.

Board certification eligibility in Radiology.
