Drilling Operations Supervisor

The Shop Foreman / Fleet Supervisor wears multiple hats to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the business: foreman, dispatcher, safety officer, fleet (vehicle/DOT) administrator, and inventory/purchasing manager.

This role will help control cost, manage shop employees, create and implement a shop safety program, keep accurate inventory of all tooling, materials and supplies and assist project managers in any way needed to effectively manage their projects.

Subordinates under this role include all shop employees under their direct supervision including mechanics, welders, laborers, as well as field employees not assigned to a specific task.
