SBM Management is searching for a Operations Coordinator! The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating activities within the assigned program in both operations and management support. The scope of Operations Coordinator includes the company employees and other temporary employees engaged in any program, their operational supervision and administrative coordination.
Responsibilities
Monitors, controls and manages business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
Ensures compliance with company standards and procedures.
Assists managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
Builds and maintains strong customer relationship through regular meetings and communications.
Evaluates current operational performance and provides strategic plan for improvements.
Provides direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
Identifies problems in operations process and resolves them in quickly and timely manner.
Follows standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
Maintains clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
Qualifications
High school diploma / GED, Associate’s degree preferred
Two to three years of experience as an operations coordinator or similar role
Experience in the customer service field is a preferred
Required to have a valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
Solid computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
Basic bookkeeping skills
Shifts: Monday- Friday 10:00am-6:30pm
Compensation: $21.50-22.50 per hour
