Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday â Friday, 6:00 AM â 2:30 PM

We are currently seeking a Spring Technician 1 to join our team in Colorado Springs. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with small parts, are detail-oriented, and have a steady, precise hand. Candidates with hobbies or experience in jewelry making, model building, or similar fine-detail work are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and inspect small mechanical parts using precision tools

Operate under a microscope for extended periods of time

Follow detailed work instructions and maintain quality standards

Perform repetitive tasks while seated for long periods

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Ideal Candidate:

Enjoys working with their hands and on small, intricate components

Has experience with fine detail work (such as jewelry making, model home building, or watch repair)

Comfortable with extended periods of focused, independent work

Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Ability to sit for long periods and work under magnification

Must be authorized to work in the United States
