This position reports to

Product Line Leader, US Mobile Robotics

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result. The work model for the role is: #LI - Hybrid This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation Division in Auburn Hills, MI. Main stake-holders are both our internal and external customers. You will be mainly accountable for: • Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. • Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials. • Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued. • Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. PMP certification is a plus.

5+ years in project management, preferably in robotics, automation, or logistics. Prior experience working in a manufacturing or production environment implementing intralogistics automation solutions.

Experience in warehouse automation, manufacturing, or supply chain logistics. Familiarity with AMR software, fleet management systems, and integration with WMS/ERP.
